The completely healthy part dictating he probably should be at full practice strength by week 16. If not, we will have a tough time in the post-season, unless Garcon starts picking his game up again and Reggie is at 100%. And as an aside: This is how rumors grow. Phil's right, but isolating that observation to just the internet is limiting; this has been a fact of life ever since man leared to speak. The internet just makes it instantaneous, that's all. All information distribution that bases reports on secondary instead of original sources ends up playing that old kids game of "telegraph", with all the distortions and inaccuracies included. - A.J.
