Yes. In four years, they'll play the Cards back in Indy (like 2005). They alternate the home/away. In 2017 they'll play in Arizona again. - DZ

You sure about that 8-year thing? I thought it was 4. They play 1 cross-conference division each year for 4 years and then start over again (in the same order I think?). - Guy.

I know you've had this game marked as a lose, going back to your game by game prediction for the season. And after Miami... all your reasons are even more credible. Still... I just don't think Peyton will let Warner beat him. And while it is now up to Drew Brees to put up the fantasy numbers, at 33 years of age Manning has transcended to a place that perhaps only Joe Montana at the high of his powers has ever reached. - Doug England

Colts will win, but it may end upbeing a D win like a few notable games last year. Warner is a fumble machine when he gets rolling, and it's not just the DE he has to worry about; it's his own C. Small hands? You know what THAT means... that's right, fumbles! He tends to flub the ball just dropping back. Increased pressure can only help, of course.

Our limping D is a huge concern, of course, but the DL is in pretty good shape. Maybe blitzing Freddie is better than dropping him back? One of their RBs has never caught an NFL pass--that's good news for us if KW needs a dump off option.

It should be a close game and Vegas--which is more concerned with getting an even amount of wager money on both sides of a bet and NOT predicting outcomes--seems to have it about right at Cards -1. But in my gut I feel that the only way we lose this is if the Cards run for 150 and control the clock. I suspect we'll win the TO battle 3-1, and even if we have to come back late to win it, I have faith in these guys (both sides of the ball) like I had faith in Harbaugh back in 95.

I know I am starting to sound like a sober raiderjoe, but... Hey, this Kool-Aid is great, you guys should have some.... - Bob M
