Dean Biasucci: CLASSIC COLT

04-07-2007

Dean Biasucci had a live leg and anchored the Colts special teams for 10 years.  An original Colt, he made the Pro Bowl, in which he scored 10 points, after the 1987 season.  Until recently, he was the leading scorer in franchise history with 783 points.  In 1988, he made a stunning 6 of 8 field goals from beyond 50 yards.

Deano is also an actor.  Once, during the off-season, he starred in the IRT’s production of Julius Caesar as Mark Antony.  His acting credits also include such heights as “Man” in the West Wing pilot, “Rick” in an episode of ER, and “Himself” in Jerry Maguire among other roles.  He has also had more substantial roles in other productions.

Biasucci was a tremendous kicker from long range, and in many seasons he was one of the few bright spots on a struggling team.
