Bethea was tendered at a first round level. That means if some team wants him, they owe the Colts a first round pick.  Sweet.  I'd take a first round pick for Bethea.  Of course, otherwise, the Colts keep him which is also awesome.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Colts are tendering Bethea at a first-round level, which comes with a $2.621 million one-year contract. If he signs an offer sheet with another team and the Colts chose not to match, they’d get a first-round pick in April as compensation.
